Orlando, Fla. – The Orlando Magic have announced their participation in the National Basketball Association Green Week 2012.
Green Week tipped off April 4 and runs through Wed., April 11.
To raise awareness about energy-efficiency, Magic players to wear adidas 100 percent organic cotton shooting shirts featuring the NBA Green logo for all Green Week games. Honorary ball captains, in-arena emcees and Magic Dancers will also wear NBA Green Week T-shirts during the designated games.

In celebration of Green Week, the Orlando Magic will be hosting two "Green Nights," one of which is set for Monday, April 9 when the Magic host the Detroit Pistons. The first "Green Night" was on Thursday, April 5 when the Magic hosted the New York Knicks.
