WALT DISNEY WORLD, Fla. – Disney says the popular Kali River Rapids ride at the Animal Kingdom will close temporarily at the start of the year.
The attraction has been around since 1999, and it lets a group of people sit in a large raft while battling a raging river.
The ride will be closed from January 6 to February 15 so engineers can make some improvements and upgrades to it.
