ORLANDO, Fla. - Orlando police traffic homicide investigators had a busy Sunday investigating two deadly accidents.
Police said the first accident happened early Sunday after a motorist lost control of the car.
Police said that driver ran into palm trees off the side of the road at Interstate 4 and Universal Boulevard.
Police do not know why the driver lost control, but that person died at the scene of the accident.
Several hours later, another accident tied up the interstate near Conroy Road, police said.
Police said a driver was eastbound on Interstate 4 at Conroy Road, when for unknown reasons, that driver went across the median and into westbound lanes.
Police said the driver of that car died on impact, but the driver of the other car was not seriously injured.
Police said they are working to identify the victims.
