Winter Park 'We Fix Phones' store busted for dealing in stolen property, cops say

3 employees arrested after search of 'We Fix Phones' store

WINTER PARK, Fla. – Three employees at a phone repair store called "We Fix Phones" located in Winter Park were arrested on Tuesday for dealing in stolen property, according to Winter Park police.

The search warrant execution that led to the arrests was a part of a yearlong investigation of the business for illegal activities, according to police.

The owner and employees of the Fairbanks Avenue store were charged with counts of dealing with stolen property, operating as a secondhand dealer without a license, racketeering and money laundering, according to a news release from the Winter Park Police Department.

Hunter Sanders, Adam Sanders and Lisa Jo Sanders were arrested in the investigation, along with one other store employee, after police say they were running an illegal business from the store.

Four arrest warrants were completed, including a total of 61 counts of dealing in stolen property in person and over the internet.
