Osceola deputies search for man who exposed himself outside Publix

Woman reports partially clothed man touching himself in parking lot

Osceola County, Fla. – Deputies are searching on Monday for a man who was seen inappropriately touching himself in a Publix parking lot on Saturday.

The man, who was driving a white newer model minivan, asked a woman in the parking lot at the store on ChampionsGate Boulevard in Kissimmee for directions, deputies.

She talked to him but fled when he opened his door. Deputies said as she drove away, he stepped out of the van and was partially clothed, inappropriately touching himself.

The Osceola County Sheriff's detectives described the culprit as a white male in his 30s, clean shaven with short to balding blonde hair and pale skin. Deputies said the man had a large build with a round face and was wearing a T-shirt of unknown color.
