Lockdown lifted after barricaded man arrested, Orange Co. cops say

A lockdown was lifted at a school in Orange County on Wednesday after deputies arrested a barricaded gunman nearby.

Deputies said the gunman was reported at North Lane and Pine Hills Road just before 3 p.m.

Meadowbrook Middle School was placed on lockdown just after 3 p.m. It was lifted at around 5 p.m., around the same time the man was arrested by Orange County Sheriff's Office.

No other details were immediately available.
