LONGWOOD, Fla. – A 50-year-old Longwood man reported missing has been found safe on Tuesday afternoon.

Robert Liddy was reported missing Monday night after he was last seen taking a taxi from Longwood to Orlando, police said.  Liddy got into the cab near the Circle K at 499 East State Road 434, and he was dropped off in the area of Court Street and Washington Avenue.

Longwood police said Liddy sustained a brain injury while stationed in Afghanistan and Iraq and suffers from PTSD.  He's known to have frequent blackout episodes and has memory problems, police said.

Liddy mentioned that he wanted to go fishing in the Florida Keys, according to police.
