The two men left Anglada, who was intoxicated, seated against a wall of the parking garage and returned in Anglada's 2017 white Honda Civic, the report said.

Aloupis reversed the Civic toward Anglada, stopped close to where he was sitting, pulled forward, then reversed again hitting Anglada and pinning him between the car and the wall, according to the affidavit.

Police said Aloupis and his friend grabbed Anglada and loaded him into the backseat of his Civic.

They flagged down an Orlando Fire Department truck that was near the exit of the parking garage and the firefighters took Anglada to Orlando Regional Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead at 4:16 a.m., according to the report.

Police said Aloupis and his friend told firefighters that they found Anglada seated against the parking garage with injuries to his face and called 911.

Aloupis was charged with manslaughter by culpable negligence.
