OCALA, Fla. – A 36-year-old man was arrested in Marion County after he received a piece of artwork that held 12 pounds of cocaine in its frame, according to deputies.
Gabriel Ayala-Quinones was recently arrested in Ocala after the artwork was intercepted by authorities.
Deputies decided to deliver the package to see who received it and made the arrest.
Inside the 3-by-3 foot metal art was 5 kilograms of cocaine, officials said.
Authorities said they also found $10,000 in cash during the drug bust.
