Man accused of offering child money to expose himself

Hector Brocatto faces charges of stalking, child abuse

KISSIMMEE, Fla. – Fifty-three-year-old Hector Brocatto was arrested after deputies say he followed a 17-year-old boy to a Dollar Tree and offered him money to expose his privates.

"That male asked him several questions about the area, he made inappropriate comments and then he asked to pay the 17-year-old victim to expose himself," said Twis Lizasuain, with Ocesola County Sheriff Office.

Detectives say this all happened Monday afternoon when the teen was walking home from the store.

Brocatto approached the teen in a green Honda. That's when the victim ran inside the store and called his mother. His mother was so upset, she got in her car and tried to track down the suspect herself.

"She was able to get a drivers license number and we were able to find him at his residence and take him into custody," added Lizasuain. "Based on the victim's statements, we think there may be other victims out there so we ask anybody who's had contact with the individual in a similar way to call law enforcement."

Brocatto is being charged with stalking and child abuse.
