ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – Orange County deputies say they arrested a man who exposed himself to a woman while she was at an apartment complex pool with her children.
Deputies said they were called out around 5 p.m. Friday to the Pinnacle Cove Apartments at 13704 Lagoon Isle Way, about a man who had been exposing himself at the apartment complex pool.
The man, later identified as 20-year-old Marc Perez, had exposed himself to a woman who was trying to enjoy the pool with her three children, authorities said.
Deputies said the woman saw Perez come to the pool and as he walked by he told her she was beautiful, but kept walking.
The victim told deputies she heard Perez in the bathroom and was looking at her while saying, "Hey beautiful, look what I have for you. Look sweetie look," deputies said.
Deputies said the victim knew he was speaking to her because there were very few people at the pool and she was closest to the bathroom.
She did not look at Perez but as she was gathering up her belongings and her kids, she accidentally looked towards Perez and saw him standing in the door of the bathroom exposing himself in a sex act, deputies said.
Deputies said the victim went back to her apartment, called management and they said Perez had done the same thing to other residents.
Deputies were able to get his name from apartment management and found out he was also wanted on a warrant out of Orange County.
Deputies were able to find Perez where he was placed under arrest for his outstanding warrant and lewd and lascivious exposure.
