Detectives arrested Stephen Bocicault pursuant to a first-degree murder arrest warrant with two additional counts of attempted murder, according to the Orange County Sheriff's Office.

Deputies said the driver of a pickup truck and one passenger were shot on Denson Drive, causing the driver to lose control and crash into a home in the 5900 block of Westbury Drive.

The driver -- identified by deputies Thursday as 19-year-old D'eonta Rogers -- was killed, one of the passengers was shot and a third passenger suffered injuries in the crash, deputies said.

The two men injured in the truck were identified as 20-year-old Thomas Martin and 35-year-old Jabaris Kilpatrick.

Video showed a white sedan moving east on Densen Drive and firing on the blue pickup truck. Investigators said they believe that as the vehicles passed the camera, someone from the white vehicle fired into the blue truck.

According to deputies, three people -- a woman, a 16-year-old and a 4-year-old -- inside of the home suffered non-life-threatening injuries when the truck crashed into the home.

The grandmother of the people living in the home the car crashed into said the 4-year-old was released from the hospital.

Detectives said the motive was an ongoing dispute between Bocicault and one of the passengers in the truck.
