Man arrested in connection with double homicide

Johan Quinones, 27, charged with 2 counts of 1st-degree murder

ORLANDO, Fla. – Police identified and arrested a man in connection with the shooting death of two men who were slain Sunday outside Tito's Lounge in Orlando.

Officials began looking for Johan Quinones, 27, Monday afternoon, and located and detained him inside an apartment of an acquaintance.

Quinones was arrested for an outstanding warrant not related to the double homicide, officials said. However, he was subsequently taken to the Orange County Jail, where he was booked and charged with two counts of first-degree murder and one count of attempted murder.

No other details were immediately released.
