Man arrested wearing only high heels, turban
Police forced to subdue suspect
A man was arrested wearing only a turban and a pair of women's high heels.
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported that Jermaine Lloyd, 28, of Richmond County, Ga., was attempting to put on women’s pink panties when police spotted him hiding behind a tree around 7:45 a.m.
While being arrested, a (mostly) naked Lloyd tried to run and dropped a Crown Royal alcohol bag on the ground in the process. The bag contained cocaine and marijuana.
Last week, deputies pulled Lloyd over after the SUV he was driving jumped a curb at a shopping center. When the officers told him he was under arrest for DUI, he fled on foot, escaping arrest. Investigators reportedly found cocaine and marijuana in the car.
Lloyd is charged with public indecency, two counts of obstruction of a law enforcement officer, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of cocaine, two counts of possession of marijuana, driving under the influence, and failure to maintain lane.
He is being held in the Richmond County jail.
