ORLANDO, Fla. – A shooting victim drove to a Taco Bell in Orange County, where he called 911, according to deputies.
The shooting was reported late Wednesday at the West Oaks Apartments off Colonial Drive in Orlando.
The 34-year-old victim was taken to Orlando Regional Medical Center in stable condition, deputies said.
The Orange County Sheriff's Office said the victim told them that he was driving in the apartment complex when a man approached him, pulled out a gun and shot him.
The gunman fled the scene, and the shooting victim drove to a nearby Taco Bell, deputies said.
It's not known if the men knew each other.
An investigation is continuing.
