Man driving silver SUV possibly involved in shooting

ORLANDO, Fla. – A man was found shot to death early Monday at an Orange County gas station, deputies said.

The shooting happened around 3 a.m. at the Kwik Stop on South Orange Blossom Trail at Kaley Avenue in Orlando.

Orange County sheriff's deputies said Xavier Mathis, 24, got into an argument with at least one other person and was shot. Mathis was taken to Orlando Regional Medical Center and was pronounced dead.

Deputies said the shooter left in a vehicle, possibly a silver SUV.
