David Stiven Guerrero, of Kissimmee, was found around 6 a.m. lying along Central Avenue near the Kissimmee Surgery Center, police said.  He was taken to a local hospital and later died.

Shortly after the shooting, a man called 911, saying he saw a car drive by and he heard a gunshot before seeing the victim on the ground.

"I'm here for surgery.  I had nothing to do with this.  I'm just calling in to let you know there's a guy laying along side the road," the 911 caller said.

The operator asked, "Can you tell if the person is hurt?"

The caller responded, "Yes, they're hurt.  They're lying on the side of the road. Yes."

Kissimmee police said Guerrero was walking to a bus stop to go to work when he was shot.

Local 6 spoke to neighbors who say they feel disturbed that an arrest hasn't been made.

"I have a young daughter so, yes, it concerns me," Natalie Grant said.

The incident technically marks the 14th unsolved shooting in Osceola County this week.  Just blocks from Central Avenue, Kissimmee police spent all day Tuesday processing three separate scenes in which eight homes and a bar were sprayed with bullets. Police say no one was injured in those cases.

On Sunday, a man was shot in the leg while standing outside his home in Beunaventura Lakes, and in St. Cloud, three shootings were reported near California Avenue and Lakeshore Boulevard.
