Moseley admitted he was at Cooper Memorial Library in Clermont at the time of the incident and also said it was him in the photos. At that point, he refused to answer more questions and requested a lawyer.

The victim said Moseley was the same man who grabbed her by the hand and took her into the upstairs men’s bathroom. Once inside the bathroom, Moseley looked under the stalls to make sure they were alone, then picked her up by the waist and kissed her on the cheek, forehead and the lips, the victim said.

The victim said she told Moseley that she needed to get back to class, and Moseley put her down, telling her to tell her mother that he did not hurt her.

Moseley was arrested for kidnapping and battery. He was taken to the Lake County Jail and bonded out.
