A total of four masked men surrounded the victim, held him at gunpoint and demanded he empty his pockets and wallet, deputies said. Two cellphones and $300 were stolen.

Before leaving the scene, one of the men pistol-whipped the victim in the back of the head and stole his 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt, according to the affidavit. The remaining men and Scott fled the scene in her car, deputies said.

Authorities went to Scott's resident and found her vehicle and the victim's vehicle parked outside. Scott was arrested when she stepped outside, the affidavit said.

Scott gave authorities permission to search the residence and inside they found Avery Tumer hiding in the attic, according to deputies.

Tumer had an active warrant out for his arrest on charges of armed burglary, grand theft with a firearm, possession of a firearm during a felony, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and possession of ammo by a convicted felon.

Deputies said they found guns, including the silver handgun used to pistol whip the victim, and marijuana packaged for individual sale alongside Tumer in the attic. Stolen guns and drugs were also found on the property, the affidavit said.

Scott and Tumer are charged with robbery with a firearm, carjacking with a deadly weapon and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.
