Man re-arrested after 3rd victim ID'd in Baldwin Park Publix voyeurism case

Orlando police have re-arrested the man charged in a video voyeurism case at a Baldwin Park Publix after a third victim was identified.

Scott Irwin turned himself in to Volusia County authorities on Friday. Irwin, 27, was arrested in February for the incidents, which were caught on surveillance cameras at the Publix store at 1501 Meeting Place.

Irwin was charged with two counts of video voyeurism.

Police said Friday they had identified a 7-year-old victim and issued a warrant for Irwin's arrest.
