Osceola County deputies spoke with a 16-year old girl who said she was walking in the area earlier in the morning with her brother when they saw a two-door white Honda approach them from a side street.  The driver rolled down his window and looked at them and drove away, deputies said.

The girl said the driver turned around and approached them again before asking her if she wanted a ride, according to deputies.  When she said no, he drove down the street, turned around and approached them a third time, this time asking the girl if she wanted to perform a sex act, deputies said.

The girl and her brother ran to Star Elite Academy and notified an adult, said deputies, who added that the driver drove eastbound on Carroll Street and turned north onto Orange Blossom Trail.

The driver was described as a heavy-set Hispanic man wearing a black shirt and dark colored baseball cap.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Osceola County Sheriff's Office or Crimeline at 800-423-TIPS.
