ST. CLOUD, Fla. – Investigators probing a recent rash of "quick change" crimes in St. Cloud are looking for a man who they think may be involved in at least one of the incidents.

St. Cloud police say Harper S. Jackson, 60, of Orlando, is currently wanted by the Winter Garden Police Department for the same type of crime.
Detectives in St. Cloud say three cases of "quick change" crimes have happened at a Fire House Subs, a Publix grocery store and a Meat-N-Fire restaurant within the last month.
In each of these situations, one or more men present a $50 bill and confuse the cashier while they're counting out change. After they leave the store, the cash drawers ended up being short as much as $150.
The latest crime happened on Jan. 25 at the Meat-N-Fire restaurant, 1925 Narcoosee Road.
"I came back to the register, rang him up for a sweet tea, and that's when the whole money mix-up happened," said cashier Emily Hughes. "Honestly, I started crying."
"For somebody to think it's okay to do that to a small business, it hurts," said manager Josselyn Downs. "One hundred-fifty dollars hurts a small business."
In this case, witnesses saw the man get into the passenger side of a blue Toyota Camry with another man behind the steering wheel.
Detectives tell Local 6 Jackson has been seen driving a blue Nissan.
