Theft suspect arrested in Apopka

ORLANDO, Fla. – An 18-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of stealing energy drinks from an Orange County convenience store and pulling a gun on a manager.

The teen was arrested early Friday after the theft, which occurred around 1 a.m. at a Walgreens on Hiawassee Road near Silver Star Road in Orlando.

The teen walked out of the store with a couple of energy drinks, according to Orange County deputies, who said a manager confronted him.  The teen then pulled a gun on the manager before fleeing, deputies said.
