POLK COUNTY, Fla. – Police say Moease Abraham Brooks turned himself in Monday after a warrant for his arrest was issued in a double shooting that happened Thursday night at Lake Jennie Apartments at 3102 Lake Jennie Drive in Sanford.
When police arrived at the complex Thursday night, they found Timothy Boykins with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound in the face.

Minutes later, Ricky Bryson was also found with a non-fatal gunshot wound on his face.
Brooks is currently at the John E. Polk Correctional Facility.
