ORLANDO, Fla. - A man and woman suspected of breaking into a car in Baldwin Park were bitten by a K-9 before being arrested, Orlando police said.

The car burglary occurred around 2:20 a.m. Wednesday near Derran Lane and Osprey Avenue.

Orlando police said the couple resisted officers but were found hiding in the neighborhood less than an hour later.

The man and woman, later identified as Julian Jamal Massicott and Regina Stoneham, were treated for bite wounds before being arrested.

An investigation is ongoing, and police said it's unclear if the couple is linked to any other burglaries in the area.
