A man was struck in an apparent shootout between two vehicles in downtown Orlando.

The shooting happened around 3 a.m. Wednesday near Church Street and Rosalind Avenue.

According to Orlando police, officers went to the area, where the occupants of two cars were possibly shooting at each other.

A second shooting location, at Hughey Avenue and Central Boulevard, was also located, police said.  Shell casings were discovered in both areas.

A man was shot in his shoulder, but he would not cooperate with officers, police said.

An investigation is ongoing.
