Man's body found near Lake Ivanhoe in Orlando, police say

ORLANDO, Fla. - A man's body was found near Lake Ivanhoe on Tuesday afternoon, prompting an Orlando police investigation.

Police said the body, described as a black male in his mid-40s, was found by a bicyclist in the area of Ivanhoe Boulevard and Harrison Avenue at about 5 p.m.

The manner of death and identity of the body has not been released. Police said they believe the man is transient.
