MIAMI – Megabus.com has expanded service to Orlando with $1 fares throughout Florida for a week.
Megabus, a low-cost express bus service offering city center-to-city center travel, is known for its low fares in 120 cities across North America, some starting as low as $1 one-way.
In celebration of the new service, all tickets purchased on megabus.com between Orlando and Miami, Mobile, New Orleans, Tallahassee and Tampa for the first week of travel will be $1, plus a reservation fee, from May 15-May 22.
Megabus said the additional routes will bring more than 60 new jobs to Florida.
Megabus.com's new arrival/departure location in Orlando is Downtown, along North Gertrude Avenue, between West Jefferson Street and West Washington Street. Megabus.com has now discontinued arrivals/departures at LYNX Central Station, 455 N. Garland.
