It’s not clear who dropped Tanner off at the ER.

“Tanner has a very limited mental capacity and does not like social contact with males,” the Daytona Beach Police Department said.

Tanner was last seen wearing a tan shirt and black shorts and carrying a brown athletic bag, according to officers. He is 6 feet tall and weighs 225 pounds.

He may have a brother named Brian, but police said they couldn’t confirm that at this time.

Tanner is considered endangered, police said.

The phone number he gave Halifax Medical Center cannot be pinged.
