Mom forced daughter to fight girl, Rockledge police say
Other children watch brawl at Brevard County park
A 33-year-old mother was arrested in Rockledge on suspicion of forcing her daughter to fight another girl while other children watched.
Jeniene Jackson was arrested on charges of child abuse and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
According to Rockledge police, Jackson took her daughter, whose age was not released, to a Brevard County park and made her fight the other girl. Police also say she encouraged the girls to continue fighting.
One child ended up with scratches all over her body and a bruised eye, police said.
As of late Monday, Jackson remained in jail.
