According to an investigative report obtained by News 6, the woman came to police in August after she recognized her tattoo in some of the pictures Windermere police had been circulating.

Investigators said they were trying to identify women who were seen on video tapes they confiscated from Darryl Patterson, showing him having sex with unconscious women.

They said they were trying to identify the women to see if the sex was consensual.

According to the report, the woman told investigators she went out with Patterson to a "back bar" in downtown Orlando. She said she drank a raspberry vodka and tonic and began to "feel funny." She told investigators she the hairs on her arms were tingly.

"Pretty much, I have no recollection the rest of the night," she told them.

According to the report, Windermere police investigators showed her "DVD #10," which showed Patterson engaging in sexual activity with an unconscious woman.

"That is me in Darryl's bedroom at his house in Windermere," she told investigators.

Court records show Patterson was served with a warrant in September at the Orange County Jail, where he's already answering to similar charges involving another women in Orange County.

A woman in Hernando County has also leveled similar accusations against Patterson.

The investigative report also included an interview with a friend of Patterson, who said he spoke with Patterson while he was in jail.

According to the report, he told investigators Patterson told him he would leave the country if he bonded out of jail. He said Patterson was ready to flee to Canada or South America.

Patterson's bond hearing was abruptly canceled in September and another one has not been scheduled. His next pre-trial hearing is set for December.
