CLERMONT, Fla. – Clermont is one of the fastest-growing cities in Central Florida, and now it's easier to get around the Lake County town.
On Wednesday, a new interchange at U.S. Highway 27 and State Road 50 opened to drivers.

The project started two years ago and cost more than $20 million.
The Florida Department of Transportation said it expects the interchange will make it much easier to drive through the city.
