No charges for man accused of chasing Kissimmee jogger

Deputies say man didn't harm woman, chased her because she was 'pretty'

KISSIMMEE, Fla. – Deputies have found the man who chased a woman jogging in a Kissimmee gated community, but say they aren't charging him.

The incident occurred around 7:30 a.m. Tuesday along Bellalago South Drive in Kissimmee in the Bellalago Community. According to Osceola County deputies, the woman was jogging when two men pulled up in a dark blue pickup truck.  The woman said the passenger got out of the pickup and chased her, but she was able to escape, according to deputies.

The woman wasn't harmed and deputies said they didn't have a reason to arrested him because he technically didn't do anything other than chase the jogger.

Deputies said the men, who worked nearby, told them they chased the jogger because she was "pretty."
