According to the Marion County Sheriff's Office, the woman and children were on a golf cart and attempting to get out of the teen's way when Lincoln drove at a high speed directly towards the group, just missing it.

He repeated this and shouted racial slurs at the group on the cart, according to deputies. Even after the group had gone home, Lincoln drove by the house and gave obscene gestures and yelled obscenities.

Lincoln told deputies that he hated the victim because she is always calling the cops on him for riding the dirt bike on the road, but said he had no intentions of hitting her with the dirt bike.

Lincoln was arrested on June 20 and booked into the Marion County Jail.
