1945: Actor Divine, a drag queen often associated with independent filmmaker John Waters, is born under the birth name Harris Glenn Milstead in Baltimore, Maryland. Divine, pictured here in Water's infamous 1972 film "Pink Flamingos," died of an enlarged heart at the age of 42 on March 7, 1988.
