1965: Basketball Hall of Fame small forward Scottie Pippen is born in Hamburg, Arkansas. Pippen won six NBA titles alongside Michael Jordan on the Chicago Bulls and was a seven-time All-Star. Besides the Bulls, he also played for the Houston Rockets and Portland Trail Blazers in his 17-year NBA career. Pippen, who also won Olympic gold medals as part Team USA in 1992 and 1996, is a two-time inductee into the the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame, both for his individual career and as a member of the 1992 Olympic "Dream Team."
