ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – Fans of black cats are in luck today as Orange County Animal Services and the SPCA of Central Florida are coming together for a special Halloween deal.
A new "Meowloween" deal will allow people to buy Halloween-colored cats - black, orange and tortie - for only $10.31 on Thursday only.
There are 300 cats available for adoption between the two shelters, and adoptions are limited to two per household.
