ORLANDO, Fla. – Orange County deputies have officially charged the ex-boyfriend of the mother who was found shot to death inside her home, with first-degree murder.
Kristofer Gould has been charged with first-degree murder with a firearm in the death of 43-year-old Jorgete Acarie.

Gould was first arrested by Orange County sheriff's deputies on Tuesday in Volusia County on previous domestic incidents stemming from his relationship with Acarie.
Acarie, 43, was found in a bedroom with multiple gunshot wounds around 5:30 a.m. Sunday while her toddler was found unharmed in another room.
According to records, Orange County deputies were called out to the house 55 times for domestic purposes.
