Orange County deputies searching for burglar in boot theft at outlet mall

Theft occurred in car outside Orlando Premium Outlet

ORLANDO, Fla. – Orange County deputies say a car was burglarized at the Orlando Premium Outlets on Vineland Avenue.

Deputies said when the victim walked back to their car early Thursday morning, someone had used a clothes hanger to break into the car.

The culprit got away with a pair of boots that had just been purchased.

Deputies are looking for witnesses who may have seen the break-in and are urging residents to be cautious with their purchases.
