Osceola deputies: 4 gang members charged with racketeering

Kissimmee-area men committed a range of felonies, cops say

OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. – Osceola County deputies say they have enhanced charges for four gang members utilizing the Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act.

According to deputies, Marlen Ramos-Vasquez, 43; Joey Hernandez, 24; William Junior Tosado, 22; and Justin Conde, 19 are members of the Almighty Latin King Queen Nation and between July and September of 2013, participated in multiple felony crimes.

Deputies say the Kissimmee and Intercession City men committed armed robbery, burglary, grand theft, aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer, battery and dealing in stolen property.

Under the FICO act, law enforcement has the ability to increase the penalties for suspects who commit gang related offenses.

All four suspects are currently in the Osceola County Jail.
