An Oviedo man was arrested on suspicion of serving alcohol to two juvenile girls before having sexual contact with them in his apartment.
Sebastian Meleca, 23, was arrested Tuesday by Seminole County sheriff's deputies on charges of sexual battery of an incapacitated person and two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
An investigation began Monday, according to deputies, who said Meleca met the two girls, ages 15 and 16, at a convenience store. Deputies said the girls went back to Meleca's apartment, where he served them alcoholic drinks until both of them became intoxicated.
Meleca was later arrested and taken to jail. He posted a $25,100 bond and was released.
Deputies said Meleca is a student at the University of Central Florida. He enrolled in Spring 2013 to study health sciences, according to the Seminole County Sheriff's Office.
