Palm Bay Murder Suspect Arrested

Jason Williams Charged With Murder, Grand Theft Auto

SUNRISE, Fla. - U.S. Marshals arrested a Brevard County man wanted for murder.

Agents in Sunrise arrested Jason Williams, 30 Thursday. Investigators caught him at his girlfriend's house in the 8000 block of NW 28 Place.

Palm Bay police said Williams attacked Wayne McIntosh, 50, on Saturday, Oct. 15. Officers said Williams then left the scene in McIntosh's car and drove to South Florida.

McIntosh later died at Holmes Regional Medical Center.

Williams is charged with murder and grand theft auto.

Williams has served prison time for battery, grand theft and narcotics violations.
