A new law reportedly passed in Pennsylvania bans strangers from touching pregnant women's bellies.

ABC 7 reports it is now illegal in Pennsylvania to touch the belly of a pregnant woman without her permission.

The law was passed after a man was charged with harassment charges for touching a woman's pregnant belly without permission.
