KISSIMMEE, Fla. - Troopers have found the car on Monday that they believe was involved in the hit-and-run crash that killed a 22-year-old Disney intern from Australia.
Mahmoud Arabi was struck by a car while walking in the crosswalk Monday on International Drive and Vineland Road. He died on Wednesday.
Troopers found the 1997 Ford 4-door they believe was involved in the crash and say the owner of the vehicle has been named as a person of interest. The driver is cooperating with troopers.
Arabi's parents spoke at the AMIL Center on Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway Friday asking for justice and begging for closure. Arabi was an intern at Disney's International Exchange program.
Charges are pending.
