Plane removed from Titusville business

Pilot, passenger uninjured in crash

TITUSVILLE, Fla. – A small passenger plane that crash-landed Thursday into American Paint & Body on Garden Street in Titusville was removed through the roof.

On Friday, workers lifted the plane out through the roof using a crane.

Onlookers and media watched as the crane slowly pulled the plane out.

The plane's two occupants suffered minor injuries and were treated at the scene before they were taken to Parrish Medical Center, according to Scott Gaenicke, of Titusville Fire and Emergency Services.
