Police said the Ford Ranger clipped a vehicle that was turning, causing the Ranger to flip and land on top of a silver Toyota.

Witnesses told police there were three people in the Ranger, which had been reported stolen. However, the third suspect was able to flee the scene.

Police arrested the two other men in the Ranger, Tykeam Walker, 19, and Louis Mitchell Jr., 18.

The driver of the Toyota was treated at the scene for injuries to the face and arm. The driver of the truck that the Ranger clipped complained of knee pain but told officials he would seek medical attention later.

Anyone with any information on the whereabouts of the third person that was in the Ranger is asked to contact Crimestoppers at 888-277-8477.
