According to an Altamonte Springs police arrest report, a woman was doing laundry at the apartment complex early Monday and returned at 4 a.m.  to put her clothes in a basket.

The door to the laundry room, which requires a code to enter, then opened and a man, later identified as Shepard, entered wearing only a black shirt that the woman had been washing, police said.

Shepard forced the woman to the ground and told the woman several times to perform a sex act on him, police said.  The woman tried to fight back, said police, who added that Shepard repeatedly walked to the door to look outside before he ran off.

The woman called police, and an officer spotted Shepard, who was only wearing jeans, running through the complex, according to police.

Shepard was arrested and told police that he was from Orlando but was in Altamonte Springs because he trash-digging.  The officer asked Shepard why he was wearing eye liner, and Shepard said he was a cross-dresser.

Another shirt belonging to the woman was found in Shepard's car and he was taken to jail.
