Jeremie Calo accused of having sex at Baldwin Park restaurant

BALDWIN PARK, Fla. – Orlando police have released the 911 calls from the staff of a Baldwin Park restaurant reporting a couple having sex on a table in front of adults and children.

Orlando police said Jeremie Calo, 32, and his date were "having sex on a table in view of minor children" on the patio of Paddy Murphy's restaurant.

The manager at Paddy Murphy's, Tom Murphy, said as soon as he realized what was going on he put a stop to it. He told the couple, "Compose yourself, pay your tab or I'll call the police," according to the report.

Murphy called police, and the couple then stopped what they were doing. Local 6 has obtained the calls placed by Paddy Murphy's staff reporting the incident.

"We had a patron having sex on the patio so we warned them and told them 'you can't do that there's kids right out in the way' and customers were complaining," the caller told the dispatcher. "He's intoxicated, he went to get his credit card and he took both beers and tried to take off."

The caller then tells dispatchers he's holding Calo down because Calo was being "combative." Calo could be heard throwing up in the background of the call and shouting, "Don't touch me."

When police arrived, they arrested Calo for fighting with the manager and refusing to pay the $101 bill.

Neither Calo nor his date were arrested for any of the sex allegations because none of the parents who saw the sex acts wanted to write statements for police.
