ORLANDO, Fla. – If you're tired of seeing political signs everywhere you go, here's some good news: The signs must be removed within the next 10 days or they will be considered code violations.
Local 6 still found a lot of campaign signs displayed Wednesday, including a large Romney-Ryan banner at Burton's in Orlando's Thornton Park. Bartender Bonnie Moulten says the sign starts a lot of lively debates.
"It's good and it's bad. It's good because I feel like everyone can kind of go back to normal and being friends and stop arguing," Moulten said.
While Moulten says she can handle the political talk, Rebecca Capell says it's time for the landscape, and daily conversation, to return to normal.
"Out of sight, out of mind. Time to move forward."
If signs are on public property, it's up to each individual campaign to remove them. Private property owners are responsible for their signs.
