Sen. Rand Paul staged a filibuster of more than 13 hours trying to stall a confirmation vote on CIA Director nominee John Brennan. It was a long-winded speech to be sure, but nowhere close to the longest filibuster in Senate history. Here are the Top 7, according to Senate records.
